If you want retention of good employees at your company, this is a list of what makes employed professionals want out. Note to Bad Managers, the problem is YOU. The fact is good employees leave bad managers.  Employees want good leaders that can help them not only be productive, but grow!

Why Employees Leave Your Organization:
  • Management is on top of you in an unproductive way.
  • Management has temper tantrums.
  • Your boss is a bully. Your responsibility is to please his/her ego.
  • Your manager is an egomaniac that wants attention and power.
  • Management makes threats of firing you. Employee feels replaceable.
  • Majority of employees are unmotivated, only getting paid is the motivating factor.
  • Lack of opportunity for personal growth. Usually this is not encouraged.
  • Boredom and not challenged, usually your responsibilities are repetitive .
  • Co workers tattling, only the boss knows who the tattler is .
  • Not valued and respected.
  • Management takes all credit for your accomplishments.
  • Management stagnates and rejects creativity.
  • Management does not do as they promise.
  • Your compensation of salary does not match your qualifications.
  • Your overworked  and unproductive.
  • There is no equality in compensation among the entire organization.
