A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for over 1K of our client's commercial employees and collaborating with the broader People team, you will play an integral role in assessing organizational effectiveness and guiding the development and implementation of strategic solutions that reflect the changing workforce and business dynamics to support business strategy.

A Day in the Life

- You are a dynamic leader who will mentor and develop a global and matrixed team.
- Partner with the Compensation, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to deliver appropriate and tailored services.
- Provide advice and counsel to commercial leaders throughout a global team helping to craft our people strategy. Facilitate a talent review process that engages senior leadership in assessing and developing talent across the commercial enterprise to ensure a strong talent bench exists and aligns with the people and organizational capability implications inherent in digital transformation.
- Have a strong point of view on talent review, organizational planning, and gap analysis. Challenge perceptions, offer options, and lead difficult discussions as appropriate. Develop impactful solutions.
