Vice President of Marketing
The Vice President of Marketing partners with the Executive team to develop a data-driven marketing strategy and roadmap. Working in cadence with product development and sales leaders to create campaigns and messaging that generate high quality leads for each market segment. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate as part of the leadership team, bringing both functional expertise and critical thinking to all discussions.
• Produce compelling messaging and content for demand generation programs, corporate website, product demos, webinars, case studies, etc. that will drive pipeline and revenue goals.
• Staff, train, and lead a high-performing marketing team as well as all agency personnel to achieve company growth targets.
• Provide thought leadership for internal and external resources to drive change across a wide variety of functions/roles.
• Lead the development of key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights.
• Manage a marketing budget with outcomes tied to business results.
• Create, communicate, and drive the organization’s vision through marketing.
• Provide seamless collaboration with product team and engineering team to innovative new offerings to market.

• Plan and execute media and digital strategy, and tradeshows.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited University or College
• 8+ years in a company’s marketing department
• 5+ years in a leadership position in a company’s marketing department
• 3+ years’ experience with B2B (Marketing to Health systems)
• Experience in a PE/VC backed company
• Excellence in Data Driven Marketing with an established framework
• Experience with Salesforce campaign creation, reporting, and management
• In-depth knowledge of search optimization, Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Experience with implementing and running marketing automation in Pardot
